I was so pleased to have folklorist, author, and playwright Tracey Norman join me this month to chat about Angela Carter’s The Bloody Chamber and Other Stories. Carter’s twist on familiar tales dovetails nicely with Tracey’s work as a folklore researcher and author. We covered a lot of ground, including the work Tracey and her partner Mark do together in Devon, where folklore and folktales of the moors and other peculiarly Devonshire quirks abound.
You can find more about Tracey’s work, including upcoming lectures, on her website which includes links to purchase her books.
